Booking Instructions
Steps to hold your top 3 hotels choices:
Step 1. Click on your tournament date.
Step 2. input dates and the number of rooms your team needs on the left-hand side of the page
Step 3. Select green “join waitlist.” (This is for hotel rooms only and does not have anything to do with the tournament registration; you must still register and pay your registration fee.) Once accepted into the tournament you will be notified of your hotel.
Step 4. Fill in your information and select the “Join Wait List” green button, this is to be notified of when you are accepted to the tournament and can start booking your hotel rooms.

Please complete the online reservation process as we will not accept reservations via email, phone, or fax. We can’t emphasis enough the importance of completing the team and hotel registrations as soon as possible to improve the probability of accommodating such request.
Since team registrations are considered on a first come first serve basis, and collecting your room requirements may delay your Team Registration, we provide you with a 30 day grace period. After the grace period your team registration will be placed on hold, and will not be reconsidered until payment in full is received, and your hotel reservations have been made.
Please note – Teams that do not stay at the host hotels listed will be removed from the tournament and forfeit their entry fee.
